In a continuous search for fundamental generative elements of the historic fabric of the city, this project aims to bring an ancient industry back to life. Located at the site of the previous proposal - the Grand Bazaar - I tried to further develop the concept of redefining urban economics within historic context of the city. The program consists of a manufacturing plant for Persian Carpet along exhibition spaces. The successful development of this site was critical to the revitalization of small scale industries, as it is located at the beating commercial heart of a gigantic metropolitan district.
